The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Please note that all rates and confirmations are subject to audit after order completion, including actual tolls, parking fees, fuel charges, additional stops, and allotted time. Hourly jobs are billed based on the number of hours ordered, with 1/2 hour increments thereafter. The minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum for accepting an order, not the billed duration. Direct Transfer orders have a 15-minute grace period at pick-up (except Airport arrivals); exceeding this period incurs charges in 30-minute increments at the stated vehicle hourly rate. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Cancellations are accepted by Phone only. Cancellation for sedans/SUVs must be received 48 hours or more before the posted time of pickup. A Cancellation Fee will be applied, otherwise.
FOR SPECIALTY VEHICLES: A cancellation fee applies if the reservation is canceled within 72 HOURS of the scheduled pickup time. An email confirmation of cancellation will be sent and must be retained by the client as proof of cancellation.
viplivery.com By GetLimo Inc is not liable for delays caused by inclement weather conditions or mechanical issues due to weather. For Airport Arrivals & Departure Transfers, all cancellations must be received at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Roundtrip orders should be canceled as two separate orders. If there is no car at the airport or the chauffeur cannot be located, you must contact the office before using alternative transportation. Failure to do so will result in being charged the full amount for the trip.
viplivery.com requires all changes to be made via Email or Phone at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time for all orders, and they are subject to availability. If a change cannot be accommodated and leads to a cancellation, you will be charged in full for the order.

Fees Charged for:All our vehicles have a No Smoking policy. A fee of $9000.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $400.00.
All deposits are non-refundable as of 30 days prior to reservation date.
